Though he doesn’t have a crystal ball, director Steven Briffa has the experience of over twenty years in the printing and design industry that means his vision for Sidedoor knows no bounds. His expertise in print finishes and strategic skills ensures we’re guided to always look after our clients. When he’s not knee-deep in work, Steven is up to his waist in water enjoying his love of fishing.
Jess Lowther doesn’t just run the studio. As the nucleus of Sidedoor, she is the conduit for considered design while really listening to clients and overseeing all projects. Jess keeps the bright sparks buzzing and confesses her addiction to design is driving her friends crazy. When others are enjoying a wine tasting she’s checking out the label.
Wendy Bakker is the artful juggler for the studio, coordinating all jobs and clients. Not to be confused with sideshow antics, Wendy has many years experience in graphic design and illustration - skills that give our design real substance. Off-duty, you’ll find Wendy doodling away at some new creation.
Adinda Uneputty brings Zen to design. Calm and balanced but a powerhouse who spends most of her time flat out designing. Resident DJ, Adinda loves music and takes care of any special requests. Oh, and she’s an ace graphic designer and skilled illustrator.
Glen Pilmore has broad visual arts skills and a solid background in print as well as proofing skills that’ll make you check your glasses. He is the Alchemist of sidedoor: he can turn lead into gold. He takes inoperable files and fonts, indescribable programs and somehow brings them into our world. He is our Mr Fix it.
